- KPKatie PApr 21, 20265.0I have now had multiple vet visits for my 2 lurchers Toast&Jam for neutering, an injury, an illness and anxiety. Each and every time all the staff were helpful, friendly and kind. One of my dogs is reactive and they were all really understanding and helpful making him feel comfortable and allowing us to wait outside. I heard about Springfield being expensive and pushy to spend more money but on every occasion, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Yes veterinary care can be expensive but that’s the cost of an animal. Each vet visit, they helped to ensure costs were kept as low as possible, we have been offered extras such as blood tests if they would be helpful but with absolutely no pushiness and no expectation. I really couldn’t be happier with the care received every time. Thankyou for your wonderful staff. :)
